FootRx Group Run:

Saturday, November 8th · 8:00am EDT
Location: Rice Pinnacle Trailhead (1298 491, Asheville, NC 28806)

On November 8th, 2025, FootRx Staff will be leading two sepereate group run routes starting from the Rice Pinnacle Trailhead located in Bent Creek Forest.

We have two group route options for the group run, Route A and Route B. Route A is a more casual route, featuring 2.9 miles with 292 feet of vertical gain. Route B is a longer and steeper route, featuring 5.1 miles and 810 feet of vertical gain.

These group runs will be hosted every other week from here on out, please refer to this page of our website for future updates and group run opportunities!

FootRx Functional Strength Training:

Every Wednesday Morning · 8:30 – 9:30am EDT
Location: FootRx Asheville Location (1979 Hendersonville Rd, Asheville, NC 28803)

Join our pedorthist and certified kettlebell trainer, Joe Quinlan, for a functional training class every Wednesday morning. Joe will guide you through the use of some of our favorite tools to use for workouts, including RMT ropes, RMT clubs, and kettlebells. He incorporates a mix of mobility and strength exercises that change weekly. The goal of this class is to help you move better, feel stronger, and train more efficiently

 

Classes are a $10 drop in fee and all levels are welcome!
